KBShimmer- Berry Patch

Oh lawdy, I have another glitter to show you today! It also happens to be another KBShimmer. This polish is just so girly and fun! It was amazingly opaque for a baby pink. I only needed two coats, and the glitter applied very evenly. Well all of the glitter except for the blue hexes. Those needed a little work and I still didn't manage to get that many on my nails. Of course my non photo hand ended up with more. My bottle doesn't appear to have that many blue hexes, but I think that was intended. Regardless, I think this polish is amazing! I need to get my hands on some more KBShimmer polishes because the four that I ordered are blowing me away! Oh, how I love Indie polish <3

I also made a Jessica's Nail Tales Facebook if anyone is interested! I think I'm going to a giveaway when I hit 50 likes :D

Nostalgic Nail Lacquer- Rayanne

Oh man, do I love this polish! I ordered Rayanne and Jordan from Nostalgic Nail Lacquer last time she opened her shop. They are two of the three polishes in her My So-Called Lacquer collection. I own Duckie, Andie, and Blane from her Bizarre Teenage Love Triangle already, but Rayanne has to be my favorite of the bunch! Rayanne is a purple jelly polish with a ton of pink, purple, red and silver multi-sized and shaped glitter. Because it is a jelly I decided to layer if over OPI- A Grape Fit which is medium toned purple creme. I think next time I wear Rayanne, I'll wear it but itself so it will look extra squishy! By the way, I don't think my camera likes purples... It's not quite so blue toned in real life. The glitters reflected a lot, but hopefully you can see how gorgeous the polish is!

Versatile Blogger Award!

So I had just finished doing my mani, which will be posted tomorrow, when I decided to check my email before I headed off to bed. Low and behold I had an email from Sarah over at All This Polish nominating me for the Versatile Blogger Award! My blog has only been up for about a week, I'm so excited! Sarah is currently doing the Spring Challenge, so be sure to check her blog out! Thanks again Sarah <3

Rules:
1. Nominate 10 fellow bloggers who are relatively new to blogging.
2. Let them know that you have nominated them.
3. Share 7 random facts about yourself.
4. Thank the bloggers that have nominated you.
5. Add the Versatile Blogger Award picture to your blog post.

Like Sarah, I was going to consider "new bloggers" those who have had their blog for a year or less. This was a bit hard for me because apparently I don't follower that many new bloggers. So I included some of my favorites as well :)

Seven random facts about me? Let's go:

1. I work at Lush Cosmetics, best job of my life!
2. I have a cat named Millie *cue picture in the top left hand corner of the page*. She is a demon and I love her to death.
3. I have a mild obsession with tv shows. I heart Game of Thrones, Dexter, Shameless, Grey's Anatomy, Gossip Girl and Pretty Little Liars just to name a few...
4. Pertaining to number one, my Lush bath product stash is cray.
5. Driving in the car on a spring/summer night with the windows down is possibly my favorite thing ever.
6. Give me salt and vinegar chips and I'll be your best friend.
7. I'll pick a glitter polish over a creme any day.

KBShimmer- Proud Peacock

Wow everyone! I can't even explain how excited I was to see that you liked my blog! I can't believe I almost have 50 followers already! I guess I'll be doing my 100 follower giveaway sooner then I expected ;) Thank you all so much, your amazing <3

Today I have a gorgeous mani to share with you. It's a KBShimmer polish, which can be found on Etsy. I ordered four of them, which I'm sure I will share soon, and this is one of my favorites! It's called Proud Peacock and it's full of glitter goodness all wrapped up in a bright turquoise base. Seriously, this polish is FULL of glitter! According to her Etsy, Proud Peacock contains large blue and black hex, micro purple and white diamond glitter, small fuschia, teal, and navy glitter, and a a few holographic glitters including bars. The one downside is because of all those glitters this polish is quite thick and slightly hard to apply. This is only two coat though, which is amazing! Now on to the pictures! Sorry for the slight messiness. I was in a rush because I'm off to work soon :)

Over the next few posts you might notice my photo layout change a bit. I'm still trying to decide the best way to take pictures of my nails, and which I like best. Sorry for the inconsistency!

Pink Kaviar

Holy heck Batman, it's my first post!!! This blog has been a long time coming, but with work, school and being lazy, I just haven't had the time. I finally bought a mini pack of the Recollections Micro Beads. A six pack was on sale for $2.99 at Michael's, score! Hence, my first post was born! There are quite a few blogger's who have already done tutorial posts on the "kaviar manicure",  including The PolishAholic. Be sure to check out her blog if you have any "how to" questions. If anyone has any feedback on my blog layout or photo's, please feel free to let me know! I am new at this remember :)
